Tonya Marie Kimball, a resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the age of 52.

Tonya had a love and extraordinary talent for cooking and food. Throughout her life she worked as a chef at different restaurants and her creations were always delicious and enjoyed by many. She was also a very selfless person, if able she would give anything for those she loved and who needed her help. She was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Tonya is survived by her husband, Chris Kimball; two children, Kristen LaRocco (Chris) and C.J. Kimball (Jennifer); two grandchildren, Sonny and Luca LaRocco; stepmother, Karen Varnado; grandmother, Marcelle Rester; her sister, Tammy Dunn (Brian); and her brothers, Lane Whitney (Jane) and Brandon Varnado (Chrissy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved and will greatly miss her.

Tonya was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Little; father, Donald Varnado; grandfather, John T. Rester; and uncle, Kenneth Rester.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
