Mr. Steven Phillip Starns a resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Covington, LA at the age of 62.  Mr. Starns had a passion for music, art, and the love of outdoors.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Karl Starns, Jr. and Joan Yvonne Bass; a brother, Michael David Starns; and his sister-in-law, Evelyn Starns.

Mr. Starns is survived by two brothers, Brett (Lynn) Starns of Bogalusa, LA and Karl Starns, III of Bogalusa, LA.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Ponemah Cemetery on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 3:00 P.M.
