Sally Louise Law, 86, resident of Varnado, LA passed away at her home on December 13, 2024.  She was born in Washington Parish on September 10, 1938 to Wilton E. and Jessie W. Thigpen.  Sally had been retired for a number of years, but before retirement she was a secretary in the pharmaceutical industry working at a pharmacy in New Orleans, LA, where she lived with her husband, Billy Law.

Sally is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Jodi (Gary) Walker of Keystone Heights, FL; her grandson Adam (Deryn) Walker of Cambridge, MA; and her granddaughter Chloe' (Matthew) Perry of Jacksonville, FL.

She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Law; and her parents Wilton Emile Thigpen and Jessie Belle Walker Thigpen.

Services to celebrate Sally's life will be held at Poole Ritchie Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00 am.  The family will receive friends and have a visitation at 10:00 am before the service which will be conducted by Rev. Clay Norwood.  Interment will immediately follow the service at Old Fornea Cemetery in Varnado, LA.
