Robert Everette Smith, 65, passed away on March 4, 2024, at his residence.

He was born to Robert Charles Smith and Lillie Ethel Smith on January 10, 1959, in Union, MS.

Everette was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Libbye Smith Johnson; a niece, Kassie Magee Keen; and a sister-in-law, Marie Evans Day.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Evans Smith; a daughter and son-in-law, Haley and Ben Williams; a grandson, Hayes Roy Williams; a sister, Susan Smith Magee; in laws, Roy and Shirley Evans; three brothers-in-law, Joe Earl Magee, James Johnson, and Bob Day; nieces, Jodi LaSalle, Jennifer Leach, Lauren Woodward, and Jennifer Day; and nephews, Steven Day, Ken Johnson, Chris Johnson, and Kevin Johnson; and numerous great nephews.

He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
