Mr. Paul William Dantin a resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife and family on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the age of 68.  Paul enjoyed all supporting events at Ben's Ford Christian School and was an avid LSU fan.  He was also a proud Mason at the Sun Masonic Lodge.

Paul is survived by his wife, Robin Day Dantin of Bogalusa, LA; his children, Derek (Laura) Dantin of Franklinton, LA, Kendall Paul Bracey of LA, and Amanda Dantin Marshall of Shreveport, LA; his step son, Kade Day of Bogalusa, LA; his siblings, David (Denise) Dantin and Danise Freeman both of Bogalusa, LA; his ten grandchildren who lovingly called him "Pappy", Allie, Ashlyn, Avery, Kaden, Kage, Kannon, and King Dantin and Daxton, Rozilee, and Thatcher Marshall; one step grandson, Greyson Day; and a special niece Brandi Vonderbruegge.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Spiers Dantin and his parents, Charles and Irma Lee Williams Dantin.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and will continue on Thursday, August 3, 2023, from 9:00 A.M. until time for the service at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Derek Dantin and Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating the service.  Interment to follow at Ben's Ford Baptist Church Cemetery.
