Nathan Henry Williams, a resident of Angie, LA passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at the age of 85.

Nathan is survived by his wife of 64 years, Myra S. Williams of Angie, LA; his two sons, Nathan Alan (Brenda) Williams and Darron Kent (Melissa) Williams both of Angie, LA; his grandchildren, Ashley (Matt) Milton of Angie, LA, Alana (Cody) Wise of Franklinton, LA, Abby (Trevor) Parker of Bush, LA, and Baylie Williams (Shawn) Jones of Angie, LA; his great grandchildren, Easton Milton, Kingsley Wise, Owen Parker, Rhett Parker, and Violet Jones; and a sister-in-law, Betty Sheridan of Angie, LA.

Nathan was preceded in death by his parents, A.C. and Mavis McKenzie Williams; his brother, Alston C. Williams; and his brother-in-law, Lavon Sheridan.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service at 12:00 P.M. with Dr. Bryant Barnes and Rev. Keith Sheridan officiating the service.  Interment to follow at H.H. Williams Cemetery in Angie, LA.

The Williams' family would like to express their heart felt appreciation to their church family, neighbors, and friends for the support shown to them in their time of need.  They would also like to thank the staff of Pulse Home Health and Community Hospice and also his faithful sitters, Toni Lemly, Rebecca Mitchell, Christian Dunn, and Sheila Gaines.
