Mary Louise Patterson, born October 1, 1953, died December 17, 2020 at the age of 67. Daughter of the late Daniel Patterson, Sr. and Emma Jewel Leonard Patterson.

She is survived by three sisters, Julie Miller, Dana (Philip) Peak and Tracy (Donny) Johnston; and her brother and sister-in-law, Daniel "Danny" Patterson, Jr. and Becky Patterson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Patterson, Sr. and Emma Jewel Leonard Patterson; and a brother-in-law, James E. Miller.

Mary was our Ray of Sunshine, sent to us by God to spread her love and joy to everyone she met. She is so happy now to be with Mama and Daddy and to be able to walk and talk and sing and dance.

She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church of Varnado and loved to sing in the choir and sing Amazing Grace.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Pounds Cemetery. The Rev. Kelly Penton will be officiating.
