Marion "Steve" C. Stephens, entered eternal rest on, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the age of 86.  He was a longtime employee of Wheat's Building Supply.  Steve was a retired Navy Veteran. He was a member of the Crossroads community. He had many friends who will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester Stephens and Maggie Lou Pope and two sisters, Sue Adcock and Terri Mitchell.

Steve leaves to cherish his memories to his loving wife of 26 years, Shirley Stephens; six children, Robbie Brown, David Brown, Ricky Hollis, Debbie Hollis, Mike Hollis and Doreene Hollis; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend Steve's funeral services on, Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church, 7451 Hwy 43 North, Poplarville, MS.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 am.  Burial to follow in Ponemah Cemetery, Bogalusa, La.

Pallbearers will be Greg Brown, Bobby Hollis, Jonathan Hollis, Ricky Hollis, Andy Brown, and Matthew Hollis.
