Mrs. Margaret Rose Hill, a resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away in Covington, LA on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at the age of 78.

Mrs. Margaret is survived by her husband, Jimmie Hill; her two daughters, Margaret Ann Hill and Terri L. (Todd W.) Franks; two grandchildren, Elizabeth (Nick) Wyatt and Zachariah Franks; and two great grandchildren, Jaxon Franks and Jasper Wyatt.  She is also survived by her sister, Ruthie (Keith) Richardson; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Hill and Bess Mitchell; and a brother-in-law, Glen Richmond.

Mrs. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, William Martin Mitchell, Jr. and Sarah May Fairchild Mitchell.; brother, William Martin Mitchell III; and two sisters, Nancy Richmond and May Ann Easterling.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 57500 Knapp-Thomas Road, Bogalusa, LA 70427, at 11:00 A.M.  A small visitation will begin at 10:30 A.M.
