Marcell Grantham, age 83, a resident of Bush, LA was born on June 28, 1941, in Tylertown, MS, passed away on February 13, 2025, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Franklinton, LA.

Marcell was preceded in death by her parents Cecil Moore and Hazel Thomas Moore; a sister Elouise Bradley; brothers and sister-in-law's K.C. Moore, J.D. Moore and his wife Georgia, and Lawrence Moore and his wife Wilda.

Mrs. Grantham is survived by her husband James Grantham of Bush, LA; sisters Betty (Harold) Thomas of Thomas, LA, Lavada (Bill) Louthan Aurora, CO, Nell (Dalton) Primes of Franklinton, LA; a sister-in-law Belinda Moore of Tylertown, MS.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 9:00a.m. until the service time of 10:00a.m. Rev. Rickie Wilson will officiate, and interment will take place in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.
