Lori Magee Arguelles, a lifelong resident of Bogalusa, LA died peacefully surrounded by her family on June 28, 2022, at the age of 62 after a lengthy illness.

Lori was a 1977 graduate of Bogalusa High School and spent many years working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was known and loved for her wit and quick retorts. She was feisty, strong-willed, and fiercely loyal to those she loved.

Lori is survived by a son she adored, Alex Arguelles of Bogalusa, LA; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Dewanda Magee of Mount Hermon, LA and Ted and Janet Magee of Baton Rouge, LA; four nieces, two nephews, four great-nieces, and four great-nephews.

Lori was welcomed into the glory of Heaven by her parents, T. A. and Barbara Magee.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Lori's Life which will be held by her family at The Place, 426 Georgia Ave, Bogalusa, on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.  A private memorial graveside service will be held on a later date.
