Linda Hartzog a resident of Bogalusa, LA was born on November 14, 1942, passed away on March 6, 2026, at her residence at the age of 83.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband John William Hartzog Sr.; a daughter Donna Marie Hartzog; sister-in-law Ginger Boyet Mizell; parents Rosa Lee Travis Mizell and William Millard Mizell; maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Lewis (Maude) Travis; paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charlie (Nellie) Mizell.

Linda is survived by a son John William "Bull" (Sharon) Hartzog of Bogalusa, LA; a brother William Richard Mizell of Bogalusa, LA; granddaughters Johnna Marie Hartzog (Kyle Stephen) of Zachary, LA, and Jana Lee Ladner of Franklinton, LA; grandsons John William Hartzog III (Kelsey) of Hammond, LA, and Jeremy Lee of Thomas, LA; niece Michelle (Benji) Rayburn of Denham Springs, LA; nephews Richard Chris (Ginger) Mizell of Kiln, MS; great nephews Matthew Rayburn and Zachary Rayburn; 6 great grandchildren and many cousins.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Monday, March 9, 2026, from 10:00a.m. until the service time of 2:00p.m. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
