Judy Ann Margiotta, born January 9th, 1945, a long-time beloved resident of Bogalusa, LA, went to be with the Lord on the evening of April 20th, 2021.

Judy was known to residents of Bogalusa as an owner of "Italian Cousins" Bistro, and also worked with her "daddy" in "Mikes Bakery," as she grew up in Bogalusa.  She spent later years calling home in Lutcher, LA. Judy loved catering to people and especially always had a place in her heart for the children and babies of the community.

Judy was preceded in death by Mike Margiotta (Daddy), Kathleen Margiotta (Mother), Linda Sue Cadenhead (Sister), Mary Jean Fountain (Sister), and Carl Bud Fountain (Brother-in-law).

Judy is survived by family members Mike Fountain, John Cadenhead, David and Bonnie Cadenhead, Pam and Marshall Wiggins, Wendy and Dean Veron, Shelly and Les Edwards, as well as lifelong friend and "adopted sister," Judy Millet, of Lutcher, LA and Tommy Margiotta, Sr. the brother she never had.  "Aunt Judy" was also survived by 19 beloved Great Nieces and Nephews, and 14 great, great Nieces and Nephews.  Judy was most assuredly loved and will be greatly missed.  We love you Aunt Judy.

Services to celebrate Judy's life will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Poole Ritchie Funeral Home, 216 Alabama Ave., Bogalusa, LA 70427, with visitation starting at 9:30 am and the funeral service starting at 11:00 am with Rev. Chad Jenkins officiating.  Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
