Mr. John Wayne Fussell, a resident of Hammond, LA passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the age of 62.

John is survived by his wife, Patti Collins Fussell of Hammond, LA; his daughter, Jenny (Dusty) Stewart of Bogalusa, LA; four grandchildren, Colby Stewart, Katey Stewart, Grant Fussell and Eva Mae Fussell; one brother, Jack (Gwen) Fussell of Walker, LA; one sister, Patricia (Larry) Hall of Sun, LA; and daughter-in-law, Holly Williams.

John was preceded in death by his son, Brett Wayne Fussell; and his parents, Waynard and Dorothy Fussell.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until time for the services at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Bryan Jackson officiating the services with cremation to follow.   Interment at Pierce Cemetery to be held at a later date and time.  A celebration of life to follow immediately after the interment to be announced.
