Mr. James B. Hall Jr. was born on July 5, 1953, at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, N.C. passed away on June 6, 2024, at Our Lady of The Angels in Bogalusa, LA. at the age of 70.  James was employed for many years with the City of Bogalusa as the Director of Public Works.

James is survived by his wife Beth Hall of Bogalusa; sons Shane Hall of Dallas, TX, and Stamper (Amber) Scott of Bogalusa, LA; grandchildren Taylor (Karley) Scott, Tyler Scott, Chandler (Kassidy) Scott, Jordan Scott, and Anabeth Scott; great grandchildren Camille Scott, Hudson Scott, Jiah Scott, and Palmer Scott; a sister Jill H. (Nathan) Breland of Bogalusa, LA.

Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his parents James B. Hall Sr. and Gloria Stevens Hall; 1 son Justin Scott; and 1 brother Steven Hall.

A memorial service will be held on Friday June 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. at ESM Methodist Church, the Rev. Tim Lawson will officiate.
