Henry James "H.J." McMillan Jr., resident of Angie, Louisiana passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at the age of 70. To know him was to love him, Henry James never met a stranger. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and nature walks. Henry James was a collector of all things; his passion was collecting antiques and searching for arrowheads.

Henry James is survived by his sister, Judy Lyons; his daughters, Laura McMillan and Tara McMillan. He was a beloved Pawpaw to his grandchildren: Isabella, Edan, Athalie, Isaiah, and Adysen.

Henry James was preceded in death by his parents Maxine and Henry James McMillan Sr.; his wife, Carole McMillan, and a grandson, Kenny "boy".

Visitation for Henry James will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on 216 Alabama Avenue in Bogalusa, LA. A graveside service will follow immediately after at 11:00 A.M. at Bonnie Cemetery in Angie, LA.
