Guy Brumfield Adams, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on February 8, 2023.  Guy was a tugboat captain and served his country in the United States Army.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, Reece Adams and Yvonne Spiers Adams and a brother Felton "Skip" Adams.

Guy is survived by his sister, Danon (David) Graves of Bogalusa, LA; nephews, Adam Cooper of Dallas TX and Craig Graves of Tuscan, AZ; nieces, Stacey Rucker of Atoka, TN, and Heather Williams of Gulfport, MS; cousins, Allison Henke, Gary Henke, Susie Leach all of Bogalusa, LA, Cheryle Ballinger of Harahan, LA, and Otto Henke of Corona, CA; and two special friends, Wayne and Sherion Busby.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and continue until time of service at 2:00 pm, at Palestine Baptist Church.  The Rev. Fred Brumfield will officiate the service.  Interment will be held at a later time at Pounds cemetery.
