Evelyn Rae Whitfield Starns, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, age 65, born on May 21, 1955 in Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, LA.

She is survived by her husband, Karl Starns, III; children, Phillip Ray Lorio, Circe Bridges, Brandy Starns, and Karl Starns, IV; granddaughters, Penelope and Clementine Bridges; siblings, Vaudie Whitfield, Vicki Baughman; and Ronnie Whitfield; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at Ponemah Cemetery on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Travis Houston officiating.
