Daisy Lee Tynes Lang passed away at her residence in Bogalusa, LA on November 29, 2020 at the age of 82. She was born in Bogalusa on December 4, 1937.

She was a longtime member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church. She loved putting up Christmas decorations for her family and friends. She also enjoyed collecting antiques.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, William Seldon Lang; her children, Steven W. (Katina) Lang, Alan G. (Beth) Lang, and Sandy (Jimmy) Sharp all of Franklinton, LA; and her brother, Donald Wayne (Trish) Tynes of Loranger, LA. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Althalee Tynes.

Services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. at Lang-Simmons Cemetery. Bro. Pete Underwood and Bro. George Moore will officiate.
