Christine Nobles Seal, 87, of Walker, Louisiana (formerly of Varnado, Louisiana), passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at her residence, surround by her family.

Mrs. Seal was born November 24, 1937, in Varnado, Louisiana. She was a retired accounting clerk and a devout follower of Jesus Christ. Christine was a loving mother to her children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Corkern Nobles and Bertha Elizabeth Jones Nobles; her beloved husband, Alvin A. Seal, Sr.; siblings, Larry Nobles, A.G. Nobles, Delores Williams, and Mary Ingram.

Survivors include three children, James (Myrtle) Seal of Denham Springs, LA, Alvin (Pat) Seal, Jr. of Walker, LA, and George Eugene (Vickie) Seal, of Denham Springs, LA; one sister, Demoreece Hollingsworth of Bogalusa, LA; eight grandchildren, Curtis Seal, Bryan Seal, Michael (Megan) Seal, Jamie (Brittany) Seal, Chantel Seal Geautreau, B.J. (Ayla) Seal, Sharon (Drew) Seal Smith, Terry (Jennifer) Seal; and a host great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Poole Ritchie Funeral Home on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm. Brother Eddie Hartfield and Brother David Easterling will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Seal Cemetery, Varnado. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm, Monday at the funeral home.
