Bobby Windell Phelps passed away in Bogalusa, LA on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the age of 79. He was born on April 9, 1941 to Howard and Guyzelle Phelps.

He is survived by his children, Laura Phelps Saba (Jesse), Bobbie Lorraine Phelps (Marc), and Robert Daniel Phelps (Stephanie); grandchildren, Lauren Danielle DiPietro, Robert Aaron Phelps, and Brandon Michael Phelps; his sisters, Alice Maxine Creel, Annell Keating Cooksie, and Wilda Ruth Rester; and brother, Oliver Ray Phelps.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Lynn Phelps; his parents, Howard & Guyzelle Phelps; brothers, Howard Eugene Phelps, Edward James Phelps, and David Louis Phelps; and sister, Dorothy Mary Lou McGehee.

Services celebrating his life will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, September 14, 2020. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until funeral service begins at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Adrian Littlefield will officiate.
