Mrs. Betty Jean Watson a resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away July 26, 2021 at the age of 69.

Mrs. Betty is survived by her mother Melva Louise Parker of Bogalusa, LA, a son Jason (Terri) Watson of Bogalusa, LA and a daughter Tracey (Billy) Grande of Bogalusa, LA.  Mrs. Betty is also survived by her seven grandchildren Robert Grande, Bree Anna Grande, Kristian (Jimmy) Boyette, Nicholas Grande, Amber Watson, Laken Watson, Lauren Watson; four great grandchildren Tatum Boyette, Taylin Boyette, Zaleigh Mizell, Bowen Mizell; her sister Kathy Wheat of Bogalusa, LA and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Mrs. Betty was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Watson, her father Perry Stewart, her step father Billy Ray Parker, and her siblings Donald Ray Stewart, Albert Joseph Stewart, and Alice Louise Lott.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 30, 2021 in the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00 A.M. until time for the services at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Scott Breland officiating the service.  Interment to follow at Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery.
