Adam Quentin Doty, Sr.

April 27, 1984 – July 22, 2024

Adam Quentin Doty, Sr., born in New Orleans, LA and a resident of Angie, LA passed away at East Jefferson General Hospital Monday evening at the age of 40. He was a loving father, son, and friend. He was a Carpenter in the Construction field. He could do just about anything he set his mind to.

He is survived by his loving wife, Deann Guidry Doty; sons, Adam Q. Doty, Jr., of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Dylan Doty of Bogalusa, LA; daughter, Shea Doty of Bogalusa, LA; brothers, Philip A. Doty, Jr., of Metairie, LA, and Philip A. Doty of Maryland, and Joey (Dana) Netherland of Bogalusa, LA; 2 more brothers, Ritchie Freibert and Ethan Freibert both of Mississippi; sister, Gabriel Freibert of New Orleans, LA; mother, Sherry Freibert of Mississippi; father, Philip A. (Debbie) Doty, Sr., of Angie, LA; stepson, David Jacobson of Bogalusa, LA; sister in law, Caitlin Doty of Independence, LA. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Doty; sister, Tristan Doty; and by the mother of his son, Carlotta Geanette Terlouw.

A visitation will take place at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home, 216 Alabama Avenue, Bogalusa, LA on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 2 P.M. until 5 P.M.A dismissal prayer will be said at 5 P.M.
