Glen Lott, a resident Bogalusa, LA, age 77, born on September 15, 1934 in Bastrop, LA, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2012 at his residence.
He was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. He was a veteran and served in the U. S. Air Force. A member of the Center Lodge #244 F & AM. The owner of Bogalusa Iron Works. Past member of MCCA. He was a member of the Magic City American Legion Post #24 and the Shriners.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Lott; a daughter, Theresa Lott; two sons, Brad (Angela) Lott and Brian (Elizabeth) Lott; a brother, Coley Laverne Lott, Jr.;his granddaughters, Tiffany (Keith) Williams and Jenny (Seth) Van Buren; his grandsons, Sean (Anna) MacKinnon, Kayne Lott and Blayne Lott; his great-grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Evan MacKinnon and Stephen Van Buren; also, survived by special nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Glenda Kay Lott;his parents, Coley and Nellie Lott; a sister, Lillian Walsh; a brother, Homer "Peanut" Lott.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. with a Masonic Service by the Center Lodge 244 F & AM at 7:00 P.M.
Visitation will continue on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11: a.m. The Father Milton Gibson will officiate with Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery. Military Graveside Services by the Magic City American Legion Post #24.
